  1. Manayunkia residential homestay is exclusively meant for a family stay.
  2. The authorities of the home stay reserve the rights to accommodate any guests.
  3. Check - in : 02:00 PM to 8: PM; Check- out: 07 : 00 AM to 11:00 AM
  4. Every guest should provide their personal information, at the time of booking/checking in, as per existing laws. Copies of photo ID cards of guests are compulsory for stay.
  5. The guest cannot hand over a room to a third person, even if the period for which the guest paid has not yet expired.
  6. Conduct of guests of the home stay should not anyway disturb the other guests.
  7. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
  8. No drugs are allowed inside the home stay.
  9. Guests are requested to deposit the key in the reception before going out. Loss of room key is subject to an extra charge equal to the replacement of the lock.
  10. The guest shall bear financial liability for damaging/ destroying the homestay furnitures/articles/appliances for their own or their visitors' fault.
  11. Do not bring any articles that may pose a threat to the safety of other guests staying in the home stay.
  12. Any acts of photography that may bother the other guests are strictly prohibited inside home stay.
  13. Pets are not allowed.
  14. Payments: Cash/Google Pay/PhonePe/Debit Cards
  15. The authorities of the home stay may deny/cancel an accommodation if:
    a. The guest has not shared the particulars requested by the home stay before check-in.
    b. The payment has not been received before check- in.
    c. The guests seeking accommodation belong/related to any organized crime group or has criminal antecedents.
    d. The guest seeking accommodation engages in aggresion/violence, threatening or blackmailing the home stay staff, or makes an unreasonable demand, or is known to have a past record of similar act(s).
    e. The guest seeking accommodation is identified/detected with any infectious disease.
    f. The guest seeking accommodation is intoxicated and is likely to cause inconvenience to other guests.
    g. The guest seeking accommodation fails to abide by any of the homerules mentioned thereof.
